Client Reco

When people shake their heads in disbelief when they hear I go to a vet in Herzliyah instead of my neighborhood clinic in Raanana, I reply quite honestly that I would travel  to the clinic in Yafo if necessary!

As a health care professional, I understand the meaning of treating people as individuals.  Veterinary medicine is just starting to recognize that our pets cannot and should not be treated according to protocol.  There are large variations according to the breed, personality and activity level of the animal.

Vets4Pets is not for the customer who wants minimal care for minimal price.  It is very much for those who love their companions, treat them as members of the family and want to be involved in their care.  It is rare to find a veterinary clinic which combines the best of western medicine with holistic and traditional Chinese methods.  It is even rarer to find a clinic which iscompassionate.  This can mean receiving a phone call when a dog comes out of surgery to staff planting a tree in the memory of a pet who passed away.  There is always the balance between the vets and the owners as to what tests, medications and vaccinations are really necessary.

There is always time and patience to relate to the dog.  The office is run efficiently with staff members and on the rare occasion that there is a mishap or scheduling delay, it is taken care of straight away.

I am always impressed with the level of care but the one thing that surprised me is that I began to notice that instead of dogs sulking at the entrance of the clinic or pulling their owners away, they actually wag their tails when they enter.  My dog Jesse actuallygets excited the minute the car stops near the Forum.  He runs all the way to the entrance and the minute I open the door, runs all over like he owns the place.

With gratitude and love,

Susan Nachman-Srebrnik and Jesse
